URL for the latest (May 1, 2018) user-fiendly Version of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure (TRAP)

Comment: The latest edition of the TRAPs on the Texas Supreme Court's website is just one big 130 page PDF file. Why not with bookmarks when that is now becoming standard for appellate briefs? Why does it have to be formatted with two columns on each page, which makes it hard to scroll online, what with the whole page typically not being displayed on the screen?

When you download the file (rather than viewing it online), you get a pdf file with bookmarks, but only for the main sections, not for the enumerated rules.

Let your digits do the scrolling on the touchpad.
